The slowest place! Took us 1h after filing to be able to pay tax preparation fee since the system was not working. The staff do not answer your questions! And just disappear for some reasons you would never know!

It’s been a nightmare working with these guys. They charge pretty much dbl the amount to when it comes to returns with school loans even if they only need to add a couple additional numbers. The lack of care and responsibilities these guys have for you blows my mind. I’m told different things about why I still haven’t received my refund and even though my refund has apparently been direct deposited into my account, I still have not received anything.
