Had a great experience with H&R Block Addison. The filing agent was awesome, super helpful and efficient. I was able to complete my filing in minutes and got a great return. Highly recommend!
The slowest place! Took us 1h after filing to be able to pay tax preparation fee since the system was not working. The staff do not answer your questions! And just disappear for some reasons you would never know!
