Absolutely the worst experience. Go to a real CPA and not the poorly trained people that Block hires.
While the people were friendly and helpful, I find it very frustrating that my daughter and I were not given the price of doing her first taxes until after they were finished and sent to the IRS. $300 to process her insurance when we downloaded all the paperwork and information beforehand. I was doing it online and decided to go in so that she would have the reassurance that if she were to be audited, they would back her.... that would have been more money upfront in addition to the $320.
