Last minute call on a Friday night to inform that they'd overbooked and would be cancelling my appointment that had been confirmed for 12 days. Update: Visiting the branch, there is an issue with the online booking platform that leads to appointments being cancelled. Do NOT book online if you're looking for an appointment. Submit complaints to the HR-Block line, but note their hours are incorrect.
