Tanya was very warm, advisable, and transparent with everything that I needed to know and gave amazing advice overall for future fillings. Here’s my experience with HRblocks Last year , they delayed the submission till last minute and for Quebec rev I noticed they submitted it in June. This year , I had submitted all my papers by march 2. Followed up with the same accountant (who’s apparently also the manager of the location ) for 5 times with no answer until I submitted a review and complained to HRBLOCKS. I called this HR Block office at Atwater today (April 14, 2024) to request an appointment with Mary Dunlop for US/Canadian taxes. They said Mary wasn't in yet, so I gave them my email address over the phone. No followup, so I called this morning to request an appointment. They said Mary was busy with a client, and to call back at 2pm/14h. I called back at 2pm/14h on the dot, and was put on hold.
