Ben is the worst person at that place. I literally paid him $500 to do my taxes , it was year 2023. I did my taxes with him and I have a kid. I got back a center amount and then he said I owed them so they took out so. When I asked he said he doesn't know. Had a really terrible experience with my "tax-pro" Benedict Babu. He completely miscalculated my capital gains tax and also overcharged me with adding an invalid upcharge for student/retired for $150. Total incompetence and would avoid them at all costs,
