I’ve gone to H&R Block (this location) for numerous years but will not go again. Several reasons but this one really is aggravating. Filed my taxes in March, purchased the Peace of Mind contract, received a letter from the state where an entry had been made for $100 more than should have been. I called them and they said they would have the person that did my taxes call me back. She never did. Never, never, never again. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. We had our taxes prepared, and all I had to do was go into sign and file. After about 10 days or so, we realized we hadn't been notified that the IRS had received our return. When I called to ask, Beverly (the woman that I sat with to sign and file) claimed that we never came into sign.
