Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional! Do not let Michelle Latch touch your taxes! She ended up have to do two different ammendments for her mistakes. Then I find out she still did it wrong and the IRS corrected it for her finally 6 months after filing. You will not get a call back or any form of communication bacj from this office until complaining to corporate. Never ever again!
I've been getting my taxes done by H&R Block for some 15+ years. My regular tax person retired this last year, so for this tax season, I visited my normal H&R Block location here in Shreveport on Youree Dr. and decided I would just use another agent. Boy, did I get screwed by a company that calls themselves tax professionals. I went and filed my 2023 taxes, had them directly withdrawal what I owed in federal taxes from my Chase bank account that day (plenty in my account to cover), and left thinking everything was finished l... read more
I was callingbto make qn appoinment through the phone 2 hrs for an appointment with the lady bc she put me on hold several times. So unprofessional
