I have called here numerous times and spoke to helpful staff members. I was asked by my significant other to call on his behalf and clarify something because he works late. I just got off the phone with a gentleman named “Ben” who had a thick accent. All I needed to know is if you are asked to upload your payment information, if that was only for their filing fee and not taxes you owe.
