Went to H&R Block to file our taxes with Leah and she was amazing. Super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience. I called ahead, explained I’m on a J-1 visa, and was told exactly what documents to bring. When I arrived, an employee immediately approached us in an aggressive and confrontational way, didn’t listen, and accused us of lying. She didn’t understand the difference between J-1 and F-1 visas, gave conflicting statements about our phone call, and spoke to me a disrespectful manner.
