The office is very clean and confortable. Zoraida is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Zoraida knows what she is doing. Im very happy. Im his client for more than 15 years.
Doing taxes can be daunting, but my experience with H&R Block in Greenfield, CA was made stress free. I was greeted by staff with great customer service. Josefina was who helped me with my taxes and is friendly and thorough in explaining the process. It’s a bit pricy but I do feel taken care of in that I don’t need to worry about any issues popping up in the future. Overall, a very happy experience.
