I am very disappointed that H&R Block didn't settle my dispute with Groupon for false advertising. H&R BLOCK didn't return my money that Groupon falsely advertised. H&R Block didn't send me a letter when they made the decision that denied my claims. I would appreciate if H&R Block would return my money from Groupon. $25 dollars. I contacted Groupon for my refund and they refused to return my refund. Groupon advertised a $25 renewal of Sam's Club membership. I put $25 on my prepaid card.
