Went in to file my three years of taxes aware and scared that I am already behind. When coming in Mrs Judy huffed and puffed at the fact she had to help me take care of this. So coming in feeling bad and she is not helping me feel comfortable at all. The whole time she’s doing my taxes she doesn’t say anything. She isn’t talking me through the steps of what she’s doing nor seeming like she’s wants to help me at all.
