VERY RUDE and unprofessional!! I had an appointment and was overlooked and ignored. I absolutely will not return to this location!
April 15 2024 I'm standing here being told that can't find my information and are trying resolve this. However because of this I can't pay my file fees or my taxes. Never come here there slow and as I type there an HR behind on there own schedule. There emcompatience is in real just like the way a spell that. Save yourself and don't come here.
Very disappointed with service here. Asked questions wanting explanation for differences in one state and two . Did not have clients best interest. Please do not make the mistake of filing here. Over $300 just for walking in the building when all she did was put in numbers I could have. Employee Judith H was very unprofessional and unwilling to give any advice.
The service provided by our tax professional, Paula Basham, was efficient and made us feel cared for and confident in our tax filing. I would recommend H & R Block to everyone!
