Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend it at all. They have untrained employees who don't know much about filing taxes. Can barely speak in English. If you ask any questions they get mad and irritated. But they would charge you the highest amount possible for no work or added value. There are much better and cheaper options from the comfort of your home.
I have 2 toddlers now, and my taxes have become more complicated, we decided to go to H&R to help uncomplicate things. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Min did our taxes for us. She absolutely rocked the experience; colouring books and crayons for our girls, they loved her, and very friendly. She really helped us maximize our return and made it very easy to understand what was happening and handled everything much faster than I've ever been able to file by myself.
