I came in at the last minute to file my taxes, and was met by Judy at the front desk. She was super helpful and friendly, and was able to squeeze me in with Brooke. Brooke was very knowledgeable and kind while she processed everything very quickly during her short window before her next appointment. I would highly recommend this branch for their incredible team and professionalism:)
We have had our taxes done here for years . They are extremely professional and helpful. Min has done our taxes for years.
Do NOT go here!!! Go anywhere else to have your taxes done. They are extremely rude, unbelievably unhelpful and they WILL rip you off!!! They overcharge drastically to have your taxes done. This is the most unprofessional, unpleasant business I’ve ever dealt with! I was a customer for almost 30 years and will NEVER go back again!!!! I am beyond disappointed with how is was treated by their manager. If I could negative stars, I would!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend it at all. They have untrained employees who don't know much about filing taxes. Can barely speak in English. If you ask any questions they get mad and irritated. But they would charge you the highest amount possible for no work or added value. There are much better and cheaper options from the comfort of your home.
