I feel ripped off. I had two years of taxes needing done so I was worried about penalties. So I decided to to use them instead of turbo tax. I took her half an hour and they charged me 400 hundred dollars for the *two years. That almost half of my tax return. Never using them again
They do not care, do not do anything other than the absolute bare minimum. 435 dollars for a tax return I could have filed for free. I needed help besides just a normal tax return and they had no idea what I was even talking about. That’s why I came to a tax place, for professional help. If I had known I was on my own I would have just filed for free.
Literally lost every single one of my boyfriends tax documents and then yelled at us that everyone was gone on vacation for months so there was nobody we could contact to get his documents back until tax season began again. Why is the branch even open then? I will pay you to stay away from here. :)
Over 500$ to file my taxes with these goofies, believe my tax prep made a error and now have to wait another 2/3 weeks on top of it already being 4 weeks as of today would suggest any other tax expert rather than hr block robbing are tax dollars that we bust are ass for.
