Literally lost every single one of my boyfriends tax documents and then yelled at us that everyone was gone on vacation for months so there was nobody we could contact to get his documents back until tax season began again. Why is the branch even open then? I will pay you to stay away from here. :)
Over 500$ to file my taxes with these goofies, believe my tax prep made a error and now have to wait another 2/3 weeks on top of it already being 4 weeks as of today would suggest any other tax expert rather than hr block robbing are tax dollars that we bust are ass for.

Melinda Van Pelt did a fantastic job giving every option available for the best return doing my taxes this year. She had great customer service skills and gave useful information for many of the IRS provisions of why and why not something could not be done.
