She appreciated you speaking so she could understand (my mother has a significant hearing loss, that with correction sometimes communicating can be hard) and following along on the screen was a wonderful asset. Staff is very friendly have a great sense of humor and make the whole experience of having to pay a ridiculous amount of taxes a lot less stressful any questions that I have if they don't know the answer to it on the spot they look it up and get back to me ASAP keep up the good work
