Had taxes done 3 years in a row in 2 locations West of downtown Grand Rapids. 2 of the 3 years were errors. I'm just a single person with very simple 101 taxes. I am the one that caught the errors in 2 seconds by glancing at my returns. It's churn and burn volume tax jobs there vs quality. Errors should never happen by a professional firm let salone 2 out of 3 years and at 2 different locations. Spent a lot of time trying to get them fixed with HR. Highly recommend doing your own taxes or going to another firm.
The Allendale H&R team was fantastic! Everyone from the front desk to Hannah preparing our taxes were kind , knowledgeable and efficient. Everything from the H&R office setup to Hannah's efficiency. See you in 2027.
This was my first time filing my taxes on my own without my parents, and I was honestly very nervous. The woman at the front desk with blonde curly hair was so kind and really took the time to listen to me. Hannah did a phenomenal job and made the entire process feel smooth and quick. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through everything, and the whole team was very personable. I will definitely be filing my taxes here again in the future. Thank you all so much!

Hannah Matuz is the best tax professional I have ever worked with. Last year, I threw in some odd-ball tax prep having been separated from the military with forms I was not familiar with, and she absolutely rocked it. She is very polite, courteous and genuinely cares about your refund as if it was her own. I have never laughed as much as I did today while filing my taxes!
