This is a damn shame I have been waiting 2 weeks for a supervisor to call me regarding the matter that happened on 2/19/25 I have filed 1 review 1 complaint and I call every day to the 1-800 -672-8745 it seems no one can resolve my issue with the Louisburg office!! I need someone from corporate to please contact me ASAP PERTAINING TO MY COMPLAINT MY TAXES BEFORE I GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! I will NEVER FILE THROUGH H&R BLOCK AGAIN!
On February 19,2025 I was in the Louisburg office getting my taxes done it was around 4:00pm no I did not schedule an appointment but according to the website it clearly says open from 10am-7pm and also says walk-ins are available. I went in receptionist stated she had to give me an appointment I stated to hear that’s not what was on the internet she stated that they was already booked and they was taking there last clients and was done for the day and was going home, then she said let me go ask she came back and said you go... read more

Would not go back, Didn't tell me the truth, lost money going with them
Very poor. Preparer spent almost 30 minutes on the phone giving someone directions on how to get there when the person obviously has alzhiemers. Paid almost 1k in fees, had to point out multiple things to preparer that they were missing. Got both state AND federal wrong. Letter from state owed $500 more letter from FED overpaid by $650. Our preparer gave herself a review here! If that's not a red flag I do not know what is.
