Made an appointment online, got a confirmation email, drove 30 minutes... Only to find the office empty. When I called their number, I was told the office is appointment only (which I had!) and that, after she checked the system, no one was available! If they can't operate an office, I don't trust them to do my taxes - I'll be finding another CPA/company to do business with.

This is a damn shame I have been waiting 2 weeks for a supervisor to call me regarding the matter that happened on 2/19/25 I have filed 1 review 1 complaint and I call every day to the 1-800 -672-8745 it seems no one can resolve my issue with the Louisburg office!! I need someone from corporate to please contact me ASAP PERTAINING TO MY COMPLAINT MY TAXES BEFORE I GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! I will NEVER FILE THROUGH H&R BLOCK AGAIN!
