Would not go back, Didn't tell me the truth, lost money going with them
Very poor. Preparer spent almost 30 minutes on the phone giving someone directions on how to get there when the person obviously has alzhiemers. Paid almost 1k in fees, had to point out multiple things to preparer that they were missing. Got both state AND federal wrong. Letter from state owed $500 more letter from FED overpaid by $650. Our preparer gave herself a review here! If that's not a red flag I do not know what is.
Worst experience ever. Michelle took a 1/2 hour long phone call while she was preparing our taxes. The price for a married couple with 2 1099s was almost $1000 and BOTH state and Fed taxes got returned with hundreds of dollars in errors. Never again.
