Have not filed my taxes through this office, but the office Manager (Caroline? hopefully right spelling) tried her best to help me out. I was using the office on 128 LaSalle who are unfortunately not responsive to any messages online nor have anyone answering even answering the phone. This location answered my call, was able to identify my tax pro, and sent an email follow up to figure out status of my application! Ill give her credit for going above and beyond.
I worked with Tony Romero and had a great experience completing and filling my taxes. Online was confusing this year. He got me a better refund. Worth the money to pay for a professional.

Went to file in December and an older white lady helped me out. She was aggressive about the payment but null on finding me any tax breaks for my 1099! She hurried me outta there so fast, I still hasn't seen a tax refund, as a matter of fact, she's quite and when I talk to the IRS they tell me that I haven't even filed. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!!! Stay away if you can go to Jackson Hewitt where there is accountability!!!
