Sukanya is the best tax expert. I followed her from the mall office. First time I saw her my tax situation was a mess. But she helped me to fix through the years and now I look forward to completing my taxes on time and getting my refund. She is the best!!
H&R Block is a respected company, but this particular location did not meet those standards. I arrived on time for my appointment but was still made to wait about 20 minutes without any explanation. Although they later apologized, they did not follow through in a meaningful way. The situation became more concerning because the person handling my visit was a supervisor.
