So angry at this place. I filed my taxes and was told that they would mail them for me and send a confirmation receipt. I never received it. I called them 3 times and was told that they would send it all three times and I still have received nothing. They have now closed their office for the season and I have now been calling customer service for help. I called beforehand to see how much it was to do my taxes, including Uber, they gave me the price of $99 per year. I had an appointment I came to my appointment and when I came, they told me it would be $300 per year. Don’t go here. It’s a Clickbait they tell you one price and then when it comes time to it, they give you another.
