I always have a great experience with Melanie, she does my taxes every year and does a great job
I had a question regarding my tax refund information and contacted this office for assistance. The front desk representative, who answered the phone, was unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. She appeared disinterested in providing assistance and acted as a mediator between me and the representative. When the representative finally connected, their demeanor improved. I had a wonderful experience with Tax Pro Pierre Chapuis! He was professional and caring. I got the largest refund in years which was nice too! I highly recommend his services. Fairly priced too!
