I filled my Tex return with them and they told me that I will receive my refund from Canada revenue agency, later after waiting for more than three weeks.I called Canada revenue agency and they told me that this H&R block they put in the system that they gave me my refund same day that I filled my tax return.there are scammers😭😭😭

Had set appointment for 2pm Sunday and toke off work for it. Got their they she wasn't working Sunday as well other not their only 2 was their and not even helping anyone when was their but people waiting. So was a waste of day no phone car or anything to let me know wasn't happy at all

This so called "expert" doesn't even speak English decently. I had an extremely difficult time comprehending and communicating with her. My return was a lot less than last year when my income was even higher. Huge disappointment! I would've given zero star if I could, truly terrible experience.

Customers going in and told your not doing your taxes going to have to leave don’t be to surprised the area with high percentage of the homeless! But he could have just asked you your name and time of your appointment! Now myself I listened to him and the disrespect he gave people that phoned and came in little to early! The stupid thing I believed was had to wait a week understandable very busy around this time! But when there’s only 1 employee doing your taxes obviously hard for more people to get the service thats needed ... read more
