Extremely frustrated. Have done my taxes here for multiple years with 0 issues until now. Booked an in-person appt. They overbooked and offered drop off service instead (march 9). Called back March 17, was told they'll be completed next and we will contact you tomorrow... nothing. March 31, contacted and told they will follow up. Heard nothing.
