If you have all day to spend and your time is not valued..this is the place for you. For 3 years now in a row, with a scheduled appointment, we always have to wait for a long time to be seen. We make our appointment months in advance and to be the first appointment of the day. Very disappointed with the scheduling, not organized at all!!
I recently moved to the area. This particular year, my taxes were extremely complex. Charlene navigated through each challenge with a level of knowledge and understanding that was outstanding! She made the difference with my experience. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be having her help me in the future!
I went there to get my taxes and she lit me as single not head of house then their system was glitchy and I had to wait a few days before my refund was even filed then they tried to charge me $600 then discounted it to 350.
