William Grimes (the younger generation GenZ) has excellent knowledge,great eye, catching errors that the other branches didn't. He helped me set up MyBlock, gave me great advice, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
My grandmother has done her taxes with them for 3 years. They use confusing language and talk far too fast for her to understand what's going on or what she's agreeing to. 2 years in a row they backed her into a corner using their overly complicated and useless emerald card.
