If you have all day to spend and your time is not valued..this is the place for you. For 3 years now in a row, with a scheduled appointment, we always have to wait for a long time to be seen. We make our appointment months in advance and to be the first appointment of the day. Very disappointed with the scheduling, not organized at all!!
I recently moved to the area. This particular year, my taxes were extremely complex. Charlene navigated through each challenge with a level of knowledge and understanding that was outstanding! I went there to get my taxes and she lit me as single not head of house then their system was glitchy and I had to wait a few days before my refund was even filed then they tried to charge me $600 then discounted it to 350. William Grimes (the younger generation GenZ) has excellent knowledge,great eye, catching errors that the other branches didn't. He helped me set up MyBlock, gave me great advice, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
My grandmother has done her taxes with them for 3 years. They use confusing language and talk far too fast for her to understand what's going on or what she's agreeing to. 2 years in a row they backed her into a corner using their overly complicated and useless emerald card. She had to return asking for help how to get the money off the card because her bank, walmart, and fred meyer were unable to do anything with it.
