To Whom It May Concern: Multiple issues with H&R Block have led to additional fees and overall poor customer service. My assigned H&R Block tax professional incorrectly filed my taxes by omitting a required W-2 form. As a result, taxes were filed past the deadline which resulted in additional fees and penalties.
