Went there for my taxes will never go again reasoning below. 1. Called the day before to confirm that my appointment was still happening receptionist in a condescending rude tone replied telling me to come in early as there was a gentleman coming in for an 11:00am appointment and I was scheduled for 10:00am and that wouldn’t do. She was blaming me for the office scheduling problem which I called the week before to make my appointment so how was this my problem? 2. Lucia was amazing! She was so helpful and patient with me with not having proper ID! Dee was also incredible! All the ladies there are super friendly and quick at what they do
