Went there for my taxes will never go again reasoning below. 1. Called the day before to confirm that my appointment was still happening receptionist in a condescending rude tone replied telling me to come in early as there was a gentleman coming in for an 11:00am appointment and I was scheduled for 10:00am and that wouldn’t do. Had my taxes done here for 2022 and 2023. Toni was very nice but ultimately our taxes were badly misfiled for both years and caused a lot of problems for us that we’re having to fix with another accountant this year. Her calculations were so off that last year she told us we should expect a $10,000 return, both my husband and I were very skeptical of this as it sounded way too good to be true and we had never heard anything like this before.
