Front desk staff needs proper training on customer service.
Very friendly, and helpful staff, would recommend anyone to get their taxes done here. Wayne helped me do my taxes. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and answered any questions I had briefly. A very convenient place to get your taxes done.
These people had the audacity to give away my confirmed appointment to someone else and then blame me saying I didn't confirm it. They claimed they called but I have no voicemails messages. They only sent one text message an hour before the appointment while i was in the shower. The worst most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
