If I could give a zero star I would. We submitted our taxes early this year. Its mid June. CRA has not received our taxes. This is completely the worst experince with a business to ever have touched my taxes. The communication with Juanita and us has been extremely minimal. She JUST called us to sign the paperwork. Something better get done to correct this or compensate their incompetence.
If I could give 0 I would!!! 5 WEEKS!!! I dropped off my taxes to be done, which is a is a service they advertise and offer. After 5 weeks of waiting, when I called to check in they hadn’t event started them, needed to look into it, and then quoted me an additional 3 weeks!!! 8 WEEKS TO GET TAXES DONE! When I explained to the manager that this was unacceptable service Laural the manager got defensive and rude and said I was told that is could be a wait upon drop off but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Waste of time and money. The advisor knew very little about anything I went in to ask about and, after receiving my refund, apparently they also got my estimate wrong and are now wanting me to pay them back part of the refund they gave me. Just get a TurboTax advisor, H&R is insanely expensive for absolutely no good reason. Sad thing is, this is the second time I've tried them. Not on time with appointments. Made me wait 35 mins.trying to get my refund.couldnt get it because needed manager to get a special code. Need to get there shit together.
