I made an appointment for 12 on Saturday. Received two texts the night prior stating it was moved to 1215, and then 1245 without any coordination with me. I arrived just after 12 when they opened for Pedro to tell me my appointment is now at 1, and to wait for him to finish with the gentleman he was working with.
