Very professional,friendly and knowledgeable!
Customer service was nice however I was not told before beginning how much it would cost for them to file. I ended up only qualifying for about 1500 after they were going to take $425 from my taxes. Did the same exact thing on turbo tax and got charged $89 and am getting my max refund.
