“I had a concerning experience at the H&R Block location in Red Oak, TX. I was asked to leave my tax documents overnight for review, but I wasn’t given a clear next appointment date, timeline, or written confirmation of what would happen with my sensitive paperwork. I chose not to leave anything and took my documents with me. I also didn’t feel confident in the service because they didn’t seem able to handle basic property tax filing for a home.
