Absolutely horrible customer service, booked an appointment was forty minute late then associate was so distracted with doing some personal task instead of my taxes. Had to pay over the phone because there was no supervisor that answer my questions. When I came to pick up my taxes paper, they could find my documents and just reprinted my return. I took my two granddaughters to H&R Block to get their taxes done and started the process when the guy takes a phone call in the middle of the process and leaves and another guy comes to take over .. by then I was frustrated at the lack of attention given to the task at hand. (this was a booked appt) So in the end they wanted three times the money to do the taxes than where we ended up going . So told them that I’d think about it and went elsewhere and got the job done quicker and much cheaper.
