Don't ever go here to fill tax returns at all we went there 3 times once a year to do our tax and all 3 we didn't receive our tax and was told by irs that there was a mistake on our tax forms and for that reason they denied our taxes. How can this place mess up 3 times in 3 years back to back please shut this place down or hire someone who knows how to do taxes for someone. I will no longer go here anymore next year I'll find a other location to fill my taxes forget this place can't wait to see the difference in the next pla... read more

I asked them if I should submit a certain form with my information misspelled. The guy said he doesn’t know so he would try to find out. put me on hold for a bit then comes back with this genius answer: “up to you” Changed my life. I had no idea that the information the form that I was personally filling online and submitting was up to me! I’m sure this information will change your life: what you type and click on your own computer at home is up to you! Wow! Extremely helpful
