Dropped my prepared taxes off for a second look and they manage to loose the originals that I paid for and It was in a nice packet with vouchers and envelopes ready to be sent into irs. Luckily they did scan things so I could get copies. Then when I went to pay they were pretty much yelling my social in the lobby when it was full of waiting people. Disappointed with the staff at this location.
Have used the service in years past without any issues. This year however, the level of service is very poor. We have scheduled two different appointments a week apart, but still have not gotten our taxes done. We come in at the scheduled times and are told we’ll have to wait an hour or more. We dropped off our tax documents early prior to the first appointment and never hear anything back from them. We show up for the first appointment and are told it will be a few hours wait.
