H&R Block customer here for 10 years until this year. In my opinion, I definitely wouldn't recommend their tax preparations or "Peace of Mind" false advertising service scam as an add on. From my experience it is a waste of time and money when you can get an actual CPA for half the cost and the same service. I'd recommend doing your own research before assuming a company like H&R Block will have their "Tax Pro's" be up-to-date with current tax laws, even if they claim they do an average of 32 hrs of training per year. I had an issue with My taxes .I resolved the issue and went to get into My account and it wont let Me in .I went to customer service got the run around from automated lady who wont let Me talk to anyone. I did everything the automated lady told Me to with the code sent email it doesn't work .I am just trying to file My taxes before the deadline.I call the first office and that was the Ankeny office and talk to the Manager and She tells to call the automated line again after telling Her that I have been trying to get human fo... read more
