Have used the service in years past without any issues. This year however, the level of service is very poor. We have scheduled two different appointments a week apart, but still have not gotten our taxes done. We come in at the scheduled times and are told we’ll have to wait an hour or more. Have been working with Karen Bogaards in handling my taxes, I regret to say that my overall experience was not satisfactory. There were several aspects of the service that fell short of my expectations. Firstly, there were frequent delays in communication and responsiveness, which made it challenging to get timely updates on the status of my taxes.
