The woman that did my taxes was thorough, efficient and fast. I was short on time and my hour long appointment was only about 40 mins thanks to my tax preparer. Kind staff and they want to help. After going to 3 different HR Block locations in 3 years this was by far my best experience.
Terrible communication. An absolute struggle to get any support or questions answered. For the money they charge you deserve far better. I tried to contact a district manager, but it seems they have better things to do. HR Block has lost a customer, which is a good thing for me, I’ll save some money.
Had my taxes prepared at a different office. Few weeks later get a letter from the IRS stating that I paid to much, took my information into this H&R block for review, as mine is closed for the season. Gave paperwork to Jerri to look over, 1 week goes by and no contact from the office, tried to call multiple times, still no answer and no return call from voicemails that were left.
