Bad service, also very overpriced. Never coming back
Worst experience doing my taxes I’ve ever had!!! Saw a person at their Southgate mall location. I had booked an appointment and they still took 2 other customers before me, then the person helping me kept making comments about the personal information I had disclosed as part of the forms, it made me really uncomfortable. To top it off she kept picking up the phone while doing my taxes, then rushing through it with me. She kept picking the wrong options in her computer and I had to re-explain over and over to her. We went in for our appointment. Within the first 5 minutes of the appointment, the individual helping us made about 6 errors just inputing our personal information (wrong name, wrong phone number, wrong SIN number, wrong dependent) which we had to verbally correct each time. This was despite the fact that we had filled out all of this information correctly on the intake document. We left because we have absolutely 0 confidence in our taxes being done correctly when basic information couldn’t be copied correctly. Very scary t... read more
Be careful of charging for the Peace of Mind $29.99 without verbal notification. And they did the tax return job not professional at all.
