Jenny was very helpful, understanding and sweet. . My husband got a last minute called to go work out town and we don’t know when he’s coming back, Jenny and Jacintha work together to finalize everything even though they were about to close. Definitely recommend this place.
We've been to the H & R Block in Southgate mall for 3 years. Very kind and knowledgeable people. Sometimes you do have a little wait, but they make it as comfortable as possible for you and try to time appropriately. We've never been dissatisfied with their service.
I have been going to this location for many years. Always have great, and detailed service. This year I had the pleasure of having Madhurya. She was so pleasant, informative and a pleasure to sit with. She covered all information with me with patience and compassion. Will be back next year 100 percent.
Extremely frustrating experience at this location. They filed my taxes incorrectly last year, and when I returned to have it corrected, they still managed to get it wrong again. The lack of communication only made things worse. I was told I’d receive a call back to confirm which documents to bring, but no one ever followed up. Maximum return guaranteed my butt. Tried to file my taxes here and was told I would only get 40 dollars after fees. I left and filed my own taxes on an online website. Not hard as I only have very simple t4s and know how to match the number to the box with the same number lol. Now I’m getting almost 900 back as i actually qualified for more tax benefits than was originally told.
