Been with H&R Block for near a decade filing taxes & this year was the worst time ever . I sent numerous messages I called trying to get assistance no one helped me my H&R Block days are over never again !!
Whatever you do, DO NOT have Lettecia Kirkaldy work on your taxes. She sounded annoyed and frustrated from the very first initial phone call. She is very slow to communicate, takes days for her to respond in the app. She is unreachable by phone and doesn't even honor the scheduled phone calls. I've been getting my taxes done with HR block for 10+ years and never had this experience. I had a great experience with Jackie Williams. She was friendly and professional. She explained everything as she was working on our taxes. She offered all the products available at H&R Block. I will use her again next year.
Had a very busy and eventful day and Jacqueline Williams at Randallstown MD made sure the appointment I had was taken care of in the same day even though I was late due to car trouble. Very refreshing personality and professional on top of it all. She has built on to H&R Blocks stellar rapport. Thank you see you all next year!
