I had a very frustrating experience with Kimberly. What should have been a simple matter dragged on for nearly two months, only for her to eventually say she couldn’t handle it and that I would need to meet with someone else in the office. I even went in person a second time, just to be redirected to a different office. This could have been communicated from the start instead of wasting months of my time. Had an appt. Arrived--by cab, I am disabled AND have a broken ankle--8 min. early at the office they specified AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED. Luckily the cab driver saw me standing there, wobbling, and came back around and took me home. Round trip $46 for the cab. If I HAD $46 to spend, I'd rather have bought ice cream and a full crab cake platter for lunch. I went to the office the told me, at the TIME they told me. Where the hell were THEY?
