Had an appt. Arrived--by cab, I am disabled AND have a broken ankle--8 min. early at the office they specified AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED. Luckily the cab driver saw me standing there, wobbling, and came back around and took me home. Round trip $46 for the cab. If I HAD $46 to spend, I'd rather have bought ice cream and a full crab cake platter for lunch. I went to the office the told me, at the TIME they told me. Where the hell were THEY? The tax consultant refused to record deductions without receipts (e.g, medical payments). Sent me to another consultant within the same office to complete my taxes, who did not have a problem with doing it.
Excellent staff respectful and knowledgeable
The staff at the Randallstown location was great and highly recommended.
