I have been coming here for the past 4 years, and Shelly and the other members of the Pickens location have been amazing every year. Shelly has always made sure my wife and I understand and are informed of everything and lets us know how to prepare for the next tax season. Always friendly and professional.
Do not use this location they claim they know taxes but they don’t. My husband and I went in to do our tax return the tax return (we’re new to Pickens and SC) we will say it is a less than desirable. We stopped them in their tracks and said something isn’t right and we left. Called our accountant in our home state and our returned doubled and was accurate.
Completed my taxes quickly and efficiently. Friendly to.
