I called to get information about my account (I was ready to provide all info necessary to prove my identity of course) the foreign woman who answered was rude enough to tell me she could not help me and I have to schedule an appointment. It was a simple request, I asked why she could not do it over the phone, she said she was busy. I hung up, called another H&R Block office, and in less than 5minutes of providing my information, I was able to access my account with ease. Ms. Nadereh helped me file my cross-border taxes, and I had an excellent experience. She is extremely patient, diligent, and takes the time to explain complex tax related rules in a way that’s easy to understand. If you’re looking for someone extremely knowledgeable and reliable to handle cross-border tax filings, I highly recommend Ms. Nadereh!
They have no knowledge on how to file taxes. They try to sell you insurance so that they take care of any reassessments later, but then when you want their help, they make up excuses to get out of it and at the end of the day you are the one following up on everything yourself. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH.
I have been trusting Rosita with my tax statements for almost 10 years now. The first time I went to her, my situation was quite complex, but she resolved the problem completely.
