Very unfriendly service. Not competent. Refused to provide her name. Recommend to stay away from this service.
Worst customer service I’ve received since I started filing my taxes in H&R block. The person who was supposed to file my taxes, was rude and condescending (Not to mention she spoke in a tone of voice so low, that it was hard to understand) She acted as if I were supposed to know everything about tax-filing when that’s exactly the reason for which I go there. I left feeling extremely frustrated. PS- I would write the name of the person, but she didn’t even introduce herself or wore any ID.
Been going here for years. The staff are always nice. Nadereh always helps with my taxes and I feel like she’s always doing everything she can to help me get the best return possible.
Naderah seriously helped me gain back a lot of control over my finances by filing my taxes. She also is able to help me understand how to deal with U.S. taxes as well and in general went above and beyond in service! I recommend her for anyone!
