This office was such a blessing! The ladies in the front were super sweet and my tax preparer was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! She took her time, was incredibly thorough and ultimately saved me quite a bit of money. They were able to transform a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I’m so thankful for their assistance today!
They made a mistake on the account number for my refund, costing me $200 dollars in late fees on my property taxes due to bank sending back. Now the state must wait 30 days to issue check instead of direct deposit. Been going there 25 yrs, but will not go back as new owner Karen Stull cares nothing about customers. All she cares about is her $225 for her half hour service !! Former owner for 30 years never tried to blame customer and was always very considerate!!!!!!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The corporate office shorted them 10 cars. They did everything possible to fulfill my rental. They drove me all the way to Gardena to get a vehicle and other upgrades to go with it because it took a couple hours. I would recommend to anyone. My daughter is renting in a couple weeks. She canceled her reservation at another place to come here.
I would like to state that H&R Block in Westmoreland TN has an awesome manager Brandy Huff. We have been in a jam for years with Irs and she dug us out of it. she is very professional and great at what she does. she had an office full and was hustling to make sure everyone was taking care of as well as running an office. H and R Block Park City is run by a bunch of, what it would appear, charlatans. Trish Gerlach made a mistake with my return saying that I was owed $995 when in fact I was owed closer to $35. After their office sending my return 3 times and it being lost 3 times, due to them sending it to the wrong address, I ended up faxing and emailing it to the return centre. This will be the last time that I use H&R Block to file my taxes. I went to the Draper Utah __cpLocation and they wanted to charge me $400.00 to file my taxes. I had one W2 and it took the gentleman 10 minutes to process my return. During the process of my taxes I expressed my surprise at the amount that I was to pay. He looked taken back and asked me how I wouldn't be able to afford that with the amount of money I made last year. That was not only rude, but incredibly unprofessional. Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with in order to get an appointment. They canceled with me several times, explaining that people had called off-if they hired more staff they wouldn't have this problem. Lots of gossiping while I was there.... I didn't feel like they valued my business at all. I forgot a form and the lady talked down to me like I was a child.
