04/15/25 3:20pm I had called with a few questions & asked nicely for some help. Very rude and dismissive attitude from the beginning. I was then asked to repeat myself because she was ignoring me. I asked for her name, she refused, she also hung up on me. Rude, unprofessional and immature. She doesn't belong working here. They offer horrible service, I scheduled an appt at 5:00pm, they were behind due to system being down. They never called in advance to cancel/reschedule. When we showed up waited for an hour and a half and they never finished with the client prior to us. Unacceptable, never going back to this place.
I've been a client at H&R since the 1970s in two states and plan to continue!
