This is either third or fourth time that they have messed up my taxes and I pay a lot of money to get them done and I still probably could do a better myself so I think that's what I'm going to do from now on I'm tired of getting charged full amount no breaks just to have to wait extra long on receiving anything back

Waited for 20-30 minutes trying to get help while coworkers were just talking in the back. All that waiting to be told they can’t help me submit my check for Tax Revenue. They charged me $350 to do my taxes and wanted another $95 to add a check to my file and send it in. Never again! Lady that “helped me” was very condescending. I’d give 0 stars if I could….
We made an appointment and the women who assisted us was rude and acted as if were inconveniencing her and then said she didn't have the time to do anything else, so we took our business elsewhere. I highly DO NOT recommend.
