They are open for quite literally 8 hours a WEEK during tax season, so the average working person cannot go, and takes forever to get done. Not only that, they have messed up my return 2 years in a row now, both times I have been told I am getting a refund, then months later actually owe a significant amount of money back to the government due to incorrect filing. Safe to say never going back here.

Such a terrible place to file your taxes , went there on April 8 to file my taxes at their office in Prince George downtown as at now CRA has not received my taxes , I had to call CRA to find out why I had not received my refund only to be told my taxes have not been submitted, after paying so much which I wasn’t expecting to , got there to complain and they seems not to care because they have taken my money already , I don’t know why anybody could do that to a customer if you can’t do it just say so , tomorrow is the last d... read more

The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. I chose to do my taxes early to get them out of the way. My entire review was done in under two hours. They even applied a discount for the fee I paid. Charma was great to deal with. I would recommend going to this location for h&r block in Prince George.

Charn has been doing our taxes for years, we find her very knowledgeable, very polite , does the forms up quickly and efficiently, and always explains all of our tax options SHE US THE VERY BEST!
