The tax preparer was great, friendly and helpful. The low rating is because the pricing for tax prep was not transparent. We were expecting to pay a few hundred dollars, not $650+! We were told each schedule required would be an additional fee, but weren't told those fees could be over $200 per schedule! Hidden costs make a stressful time (tax day) even more stressful.
Maranda Helms was super kind and did my taxes with ease. I’m a college student and she helped me and held my hand through it I’m so thankful for her.
