Never will go here again. They have messed up my taxes several times and included someone elses T4 in my income tax! Have tried several times to contact someone to fix it and I never get an answer.
This was the wost experience with h&r block if you can't do taxes in a timely manner what good are you lost out on my carbon rebate this month because of this place if you can't do them in a timely manner tell me before i drop my taxes off take half my tax return for what next time I'll just do it myself useless. I have the simplest taxes you take 140$ from a guy on disability for what worst experience ever don't go here wouldn't been such a hardship if I got my carbon rebate on time (update I have not been contacted) it is ... read more
Stellar service - if you’re into being ignored for weeks and missing tax deadlines. Radio silence, no accountability, and not even a heads-up. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys stress and late fees.
HORRIBLE!!! They did my tax return for an investment portfolio, and came up with I owed CRA $42,000. No one reviewed it, they just filed with CRA who then demanded payment immediately. Since I do not have that kind of money, CRA froze my bank accounts, seized every penny I had & demanded the rest. All my payments bounced, my home insurance was cancelled, I could not buy groceries or gas for weeks. I had to go to family for funds to get my life back.
