This is a waste of a person's time. They do not care about customer service or even to get your return done. Take your return else where. Do yourself a favor.
Your business should be more clear when people are dropping off their form if they are selecting "instant refund" or whatever the other option is . I would think that my money is ready to pick up if you tell me my returns are ready ,just to show up to be told I have to pay up front and then wait another week for c.r.a. Last year when I went to pay ,you gave me a money order and I just took it right to the bank .That is what I thought I signed up for this year. H&R have done my family and business taxes for many years. Very happy with the service
Been two months and haven't heard anything at all about my tax return I called once a month ago and they said they would call me when it's ready.
