HORRIBLE!!! They did my tax return for an investment portfolio, and came up with I owed CRA $42,000. No one reviewed it, they just filed with CRA who then demanded payment immediately. Since I do not have that kind of money, CRA froze my bank accounts, seized every penny I had & demanded the rest. All my payments bounced, my home insurance was cancelled, I could not buy groceries or gas for weeks. I had to go to family for funds to get my life back. This was the wost experience with h&r block if you can't do taxes in a timely manner what good are you lost out on my carbon rebate this month because of this place if you can't do them in a timely manner tell me before i drop my taxes off take half my tax return for what next time I'll just do it myself useless. I have the simplest taxes you take 140$ from a guy on disability for what worst experience ever don't go here wouldn't been such a hardship if I got my carbon rebate on time
This is a waste of a person's time. They do not care about customer service or even to get your return done. Take your return else where. Do yourself a favor.
Your business should be more clear when people are dropping off their form if they are selecting "instant refund" or whatever the other option is . I would think that my money is ready to pick up if you tell me my returns are ready ,just to show up to be told I have to pay up front and then wait another week for c.r.a. Last year when I went to pay ,you gave me a money order and I just took it right to the bank .That is what I thought I signed up for this year.
