Do not go to this place. I received a letter from NYS saying I owe money for something that they filed incorrectly. I have been given the run around because they do not want to take responsibility. Tax Experts that don't know how to file taxes properly.

I'm very surprised at the service I received today. Last year was very pleasant that's why I went back this year. The man I dealt with today is the same guy who treated me well last year. Today for some reason he was sooooo tired he kept falling asleep while doing my taxes. I had to keep making noise to keep him up. Terrible Terrible. I had no idea what he was talking about. One time his head almost hit the desk. I hope nobody else will ever experience this. Very scary especially with such an important thing

First, there's a puddle of vomit right in front of the entrance door. Not entirely their fault, but still gross. The tax "pro", I think Rama Mishra, refused to work on my taxes because I was on a fellowship (taxes not withheld) for half of the previous year, and I didn't receive a W2 because I wasn't technically an employee of the university. I brought my paystubs and confirmation of estimated tax payments and explained the situation. Still, he wouldn't even attempt to work with me. I had had my taxes prepared at H&R Block i... read more

Go anywhere else but here — and I mean this location but also HR Block as a whole probably. In short, they are rude, don't save you money as they claim (in fact you'll probably owe by the time they're through with you, and are extremely unprofessional and judgmental.
