After having a very unpleasant appointment with Block advisory, I went to H&R Block. I was lucky enough to be given a young man by the name of Bear and I would recommend him to anyone, he saved me thousands of dollars and was very patient and willing to work with me. I had to meet with him twice but well worth my time, so thank you Bear, I hope to see you next year.
Terrible experience! Gillian was fantastic in store and explaining things, but there was so many issues on the technical side. I filed my taxes in January and they were never completed. I had received a call a month later and i attempted to return the call for next 3 months. I never saw any return hit my account so I had attempted to contact customer service multiple times.
