Honestly, I've never experienced anything like this. It was my first time doing taxes in Dorchester, and I doubt I'll return. I recommend finding a place where the staff is more patient and focused on customer service.
I would like to know why my refund was higher in the Hrblock office compared to the Hrblock software you use online (self prepare)? The return was a simple return. Both returns was completed the same and accurately.
