Had great experiences with ed. He has done my taxes a few times in the past and has done a great job. This year however they have called me over 5 times in the middle of a work day to try and get me to schedule an appointment. I have told them multiple times that IF I want to schedule an appointment I will call. The complete disregard for my request and continuously I erupting my work day for no reason is completely rude and unprofessional.
