Claudia was amazing this h&r block is wonderful all the ladies in here are amazing from the ones to answer the call to the tax papers and Miss Claudia at 10 you got to go see her she is amazing she will help you step by step!!!
We went to another H&R and it was a horrible experience. Then coming to this branch they were able to take us walking in and understood our situation. They were friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this service.
Had a Appt 330 today and when I arrived it was 2 different H&R Blocks I went to one office it had no furniture in it the other office nobody there but a lady that rode off in a van .I know she seen me go to the HR Block down the side walk its like she rushed and locked up to avoid me 332 I been with them for years but im done not to mention i was on my hour lunch break wasted my time im not going back ill go to JW!
