Mr Gibbs M. welcomed me in to the store. H&R BLOCK was easy to find with plenty of free parking. Gibbs was friendly, professional, thorough, and explained everything.
My wife recently went in for a consultation here and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who identified herself as “Cindy” was unprofessional and repeatedly raised her voice during the interaction. The tone came across as disrespectful and dismissive. She also failed to clearly explain anything about the consultation and instead kept focusing on fees, which made the experience feel rushed and unhelpful.
