Gibb was rude to me today via phone and because of his unprofessionalism, I will no longer use him to prepare my taxes. Take a break if you are that stress out, or find another job to do! We all have issues with our phones, are busy and have a lot of work to do, but that doesn't give anyone a pass to be rude! Treat people the way you would want people to treat to you! (Zero stars).
Gibb helped me relieve most of my stress with doing my complex taxes. This Guy is awesome! I know you think that you can do your own taxes, and I'm sure you can, but Gibb makes it so easy. I didn't have to do anything but give him my documents. He offered to review my previous year's taxes, too. Gibb saved me so much time and I didn't even have to take off of work because he had evening and weekend appointments.
