I booked online with a Tax expert for my 2024 taxes and in-person for an older tax refund along with my boyfriends... Shirley Wong and the receptionist for the in-person appointment were excellent. They were both helpful and kind and professional. Online I was told my tax expert was Kareen Guilas, without notice I was dropped and when asked about it, told to book in person as they wouldn't get to mine in time...it seemed unprofessional and terrible timing, I am grateful there were still appointments left.
